How to Form A New Habit

If you want to develop a new habit, do it consistently for the next 30 days. Forget about the amount. The habit is more important than the amount. Let's say you want to visualize your goals for half an hour a day. Do it! If you can not concentrate, if you can not see or feel what you are visualizing or if you hate it, JUST DO IT!
