Twins help advance medical science
Twins have long been regarded by the scientific community as holding the key to finding causes and treatments for illnesses. In the past seven years, 600,000 twins worldwide have taken part in the study, which involves 11 research centres including in Australia, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Italy and the UK.
